Techniques and Methodology:
I believe in a student-centered approach, where lessons are interactive and tailored to each learner’s pace and learning style. I use a mix of visual aids, real-life examples, storytelling, and hands-on activities to make learning engaging. I also encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and apply what they’ve learned through practice exercises, games, and discussions.
Typical Lesson Length:
A standard lesson usually lasts 60 to 90 minutes. For younger children, I keep sessions shorter and more activity-based to maintain focus, while for older students, I balance explanations with practice time.
Qualifications and Experience:
I have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (and I’m working toward further studies). I’ve gained experience teaching children during practicum sessions, tutoring in small groups, and assisting in early learning centers. This has helped me understand how to manage different learning needs and keep students motivated.
Who My Lessons Are For:
My lessons are mainly designed for young children (preschool and primary school level) who need support in building strong foundations in language, reading, mathematics, and social skills. I also tutor students who may need extra help with homework, exam preparation, or confidence in learning.
