My teaching method involves a combination of two teaching strategies, which is the learner centred approach and discovery learning approach. This makes me a flexible teacher, as I always put myself inside the learner's shoes.
In my experience I have found that these two strategies help learners enjoy playing an active role in their own learning through whole classroom/group discussions, problem solving and gallery walk. I also use direct teaching to explain and demonstrate content to learners.
