This is the first time I am taking fitness classes from Anaita. She is really great at her work and the workouts are catered in such a way that it helps in building strength and flexibility. She also ends the workout with meditation which helps to relax your body and you leave the session feeling better always. Highly recommend her as a fitness trainer

Anaita mehta is one of the hard working teacher... She is dammmm committed for her work and her students performance ... She always give effort for each and everyone's growth... Her teaching skills up to the marks... Even beginner feels confident to work with her coz her teaching easy to understand and she focus on practice so moves gets better day by day...i feel lucky i had teacher like her...i learned lot of things from her.. In one of her sessions Anaita told us to imagine the story behind the song and then start the practice. She focuses more on expressing through dance which makes it easier for us to learn. She is a wonderful patient teacher

I took Bollywood dance lessons with Anaita Mehta. I liked her teaching style and all the songs were well choreographed. She gives references and tips which makes it easy to learn and remember steps. She reviews performances and gives suggestions for improvement making it a good learning experience!

She makes things so simple! And it's happiness learning from her!

She is spontaneous, and very sharp with her choreographies. But the best part is how she explains and teaches movement to students like me who find it difficult to memorise multiple steps. Dancing doesn't scare me anymore after receiving her guidance.
