As a graduate in Bachelor of Science in Tourism, my entire career has been dedicated to the pursuit of exceptional communication, operational excellence, and the "human heart of service." With over two decades of international corporate and executive hospitality experience spanning Singapore, Dubai, the Philippines, and Africa, I do not teach Business English from a textbook—I teach it from real-world, high-stakes experience. Contextual Learning: I teach language through the lens of real-life scenarios. Instead of studying prepositions in isolation, we practice them while drafting a professional email, mapping out a project update, or handling a simulated guest complaint.
Active Feedback Loops: During lessons, I utilize a split-note system. I let students speak freely to build confidence and fluency, while silently documenting grammar, tone, and pronunciation adjustments to review collaboratively at the end of the session.
