Studied at the University of Washington and work as a behavioral technician in school settings during the school year. I have a lot of patience when teaching, and I enjoy making English easier for people (because it is a hard language to learn, even as a first language).

Learning phonics at a young age, I noticed drastic changes in my reading, spelling, and word pronunciation. I will start by initially teaching and introducing each letter with its sounds. Then I will have the student repeat while going through flash cards to work on memorization. I will then incorporate the fitting words to the different sounds the letters make.
