About Glauco

My name is Glauco Fernandes. I'm a chemistry technician and I'm in the third year of my bachelor's degree in physics at the University of São Paulo. I have always been interested in physics and mathematics.

I dedicated a good part of my graduation to projects called scientific initiation, which led me to three different areas within physics:

-Mathematical physics.
-Particle Physics.
- Physics of Condensed Matter.

The first two required a huge mathematical and physics background (modern level) from me, so I had to exhaustively study topics like electromagnetism, special relativity and quantum mechanics at a relatively high level. My more recent interests in Condensed Matter Physics have brought me into close contact with programming and static/thermodynamic mechanics.

About the lesson

The classes consist of an exposition of the language and programming exercises to be performed by the student. There is also a strong focus on programming logic, which is the main skill that students are expected to develop during classes.

Python classes (basic level): An introduction to the programming language and its operations.

Includes in the program:
- Basic operations
-Loops (for, while)
-Operations with Arrays/Lists
-Functions
-Libraries
-etc...

C++ classes (basic and intermediate level): The program is divided into an introduction to the language and then a deepening.

Part 2:
-Some new operators
-Changing operators
-Classes and structures
-Lifetime of variables
- Introduction to object-oriented programming
