About Tshepo
I am someone who is passionate about teaching Mathematics and Science. I also have a strong belief that even though everyone has their own ways of doing things, but with Mathematics and Science there is only one way to conquer them which is by practicing in order to Master them. My experience comes from my Teaching Experience which is provided by the institution yearly.

It's flexible, in my opinion. I have no preference when it comes to a particular teaching strategy or style of engaging with pupils in the classroom. Since every class and lesson is unique, in my opinion, a competent teacher should always adapt their instruction to the needs of their students, the degree of discipline in the class, the complexity of the subject, and other factors. I just think that teaching should be done on an individual basis, and I take turns acting as an authority, demonstrator, facilitator, and delegator. I have no reason to dispute the efficacy of my teaching technique at this point because it has been going so well.
