My teaching methodology is first understanding what the child knows or the misconceptions they might have regarding certain mathematical concepts. I then address the misconceptions and misunderstandings before continuing with the maths lesson. It is also very important to have the child involved in the lesson therefore I ask a lot of questions and also request a lot of input.
