About Miriam

I am a dedicated, qualified primary school teacher who has taught in a Gaelscoil for 7 years. I’ve also obtained a BA degree in Irish. I have taught grinds at primary and secondary level, and have prepared a university student for interviews in Irish/help prepare students for TEG exam. I grew up with a love for the Irish culture also, playing Irish music and Irish dancing. I strive to create a love for Irish in the classroom and amongst my students. About the lesson

I use a variety of methodologies in my tutoring, based on the learning style and needs of the student. I like to focus on oral Irish in particular for exam students to help build fluency for orals. We can focus on exam papers, grammar, aural, essay work, etc. Lessons typically last from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on preference. Grinds available for all learners of all ages.
