I have experience working with learners through learners teaching and volunteering. When I was a student teacher, I supervised and observed from fourth-grade to the seventh- grade with all subjects (Sepedi, English Fal, Mathematics, Afrikaans Fal , NS TEC, SS and EMS) please see academic records attached of each grade and I have worked under different supervision of certified teachers. I have helped develop lesson plans and engage learners in learning content through a variety of formats. I also helped to improve learner’s participation and saw 20% increase in test scores. This experience helped me improve my patience, creativity, and organization skills and help me learn the best teaching practices.
