About Jevica

The best graduate with a GPA of 3.91 and started a career as a fresh graduate in a construction company in Japan. Many things that I learned as a student and professional worker make me want to help younger students who find it difficult to understand engineering drawings both structures and architecture, especially visualizing the details of the iron on structures. I can also teach construction management materials such as calculating volumes and making RAB. Best graduate with GPA 3.91 as a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Construction Engineering and Management. Started my career as a fresh graduate at a construction company in Japan. I have been learning lots of things since I was a student and as a professional worker right now and it encourages me to share those knowledges and experiences to my fellow juniors wherever you are :) I know how hard it is to understand technical drawing as a newbie, so I will help you with all the trials & errors that I've been through!:) I can give some tips on how to understand structural or architectural drawing, more specifically to visualize bar bending details. I can also teach you somethings about construction project management such as quantity surveying and creating a BoQ (Bill of Quantity)

About the lesson

Classes are conducted online because I am in Japan, and the learning method is very flexible according to your learning style. Calm down, I was in a position as a student who was also confused and had to find out for myself so I really understood how difficult it is to understand everything when we feel 'stuck'. Especially for students who have financial objections, please tell me personally and we can adjust the price, if needed I can teach voluntarily :) Let's study together because every time I teach I get new knowledge :) All class will be online as I live in Japan now, and my teaching style is very flexible so I can adjust on what works best for you. Don't worry, I have been through that position where everything seems so hard when we are stuck in the problems so we will get through this together :)) Feel free to tell me to adjust the pricing if needed (only for students). I can even teach you for free if your budget is too tight. Let's learn together cause every time I teach something I also gain new knowledge :)) Looking forward to meet you guys :)))
