I am super passionate about motivational interviewing and love sharing my knowledge with anyone who is willing to learn.
I love talking about food and nutrition and exploring the things people eat and why they eat them!

I am super approachable, friendly and knowledgeable with experience working with uni students.
90 minute lessons are preferred to give us enough time to get to know each other and outline sessions goals and plans.
