My name is Adrian,
I have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Dietetics. I understand the importance of effective studying and I find real joy in helping others and teaching complex Nutrition topics in a simple and understandable manner.
I will guide and work with you, striving to set you up with sustainable and effective studying techniques.

I have a Bachelors in Applied Science and a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Learning how to learn is an invaluable skill.
I approach lessons using the following techniques.
1) Deep Understanding instead of rote learning.
An in-depth look into the mechanism and metabolic process allows you to have a deep understanding over recalling of facts. Students who learn with meaningful learning are able to problem solve better than those who learn by rote.
2) We then move onto how to take notes using an AI programed computer based system which creates cue cards for you and we utilise spaced repetition to ingrain what you have learnt into your long term memory!
