I’m a dedicated swim teacher and pre-squad coach, nurturing swimmers aged 3 to 85. Currently completing a Master of Education so I bring an inclusive, fun, and holistic approach that builds confidence, life-saving skills, and pure joy in the water.

Swim with Purpose!
As Victoria’s Swim Teacher of the Year (2025/2026), I bring a uniquely holistic and positively proactive approach to every lesson. Whether the age (3 - 85 yrs), just starting out, a work or hobby requirement, or preparing for squad-level swimming, I focus on building confidence, refining technique, and nurturing a genuine love for the water, one stroke at a time.

Perfect! Charlie has really helped our son grow in his comfort and confidence in swimming. She is very warm and built a great rapport before working on specific aspects of his swimming skills.

Perfect! Charlie was excellent with all of the kids (aged 3-6). She's very thorough, an excellent coach and managed to wrangle 6 very rambunctious 6 yr olds who are not great at following instructions. I would highly recommend Charlie. Her style is very supportive and she understands the needs of each child and works with them to achieve their goals.

They are a lot better swimmer then they thought! Taking the jump into learning something that is so vital can be scary and yet she smashed it! I have a wonderful idea on where to go from here to help Christy with their goal.
