About Bob
I have taught music theory, composition, songwriting, sound design, and DAW production privately and at the university level for 20 years and have been fortunate to earn numerous awards including an Emmy for scoring. Although I am an active composer, I continue to enjoy working with and guiding students and individuals as an instructor.

As I cover all levels and nearly all aspects of writing and understanding music, the lesson plans vary, but they are all one hour/week lessons taught remotely as I have done successfully for over 15 years. I incorporate a number of simple tools and setups to equal the quality of work done in person and most students prefer this approach.
