About Livia

My experience in classes has taken place informally, because I really enjoy sharing knowledge and do it naturally, in the teams where I work.
-I have always been looked for by colleagues to teach and question the program.
- 10 years of work in architectural, interior and scenography projects.
- Training of assistants and trainees in the companies in which I worked. - Private students of Autocad, in informal regime.

About the lesson

Architect and Urbanist licensed 10 years ago, I specialize in scenography and architecture projects in Autocad. I worked for 9 years on TV Globo, in the area of scenography projects for dramaturgy and events, in the design and detailing of projects in Autocad and Sketchup for studio sets and scenographic cities. I also worked extensively on architectural projects, residential and commercial remodeling, interior design.

CLASSES:
I have experience in teaching Autocad for different levels of learning and different types of projects and purposes.
The classes are aimed at students or professionals graduated in Architecture, Engineering and related areas who want to learn or update in this tool. Lessons are totally practical, where each concept, after a brief theoretical explanation, is executed through guided examples and exercises, optimizing and reinforcing the learning.
Classes range from entry level to advanced level, and content will be adjusted to the level of each student. and they go through a wide content, like:

- Presentation of the interfaces.
- Initial settings.
- Getting to know the AutoCAD workspaces (Workspaces: Model / Layout).
- Create, open and save files.
- Units of measurements / drawing scales.
- Basic commands. - Start a simple drawing.
- Creation and edition of blocks.
- Keyboard shortcuts to improve productivity on drawings.
- Hatching - Seating configuration (line thicknesses)
- Working with coordinate systems (WCS).
- Know basic drawing tools.
- Configure and separate the drawing by Layers.
- Define the properties of objects.
- Preparing the drawing for basic annotations such as information, captions and tables.
- Calculate areas / perimeters and distances.
- Sizing techniques and dimensions.
- Prepare the project for printing / plotting.
- Create Layouts.
- Determine scales for plotting.
- Create Viewports for Layout.
- Generation of files for plotting
- Export of files to pdf.
- Insertion of images / images referenced.
- Advanced Layer Settings by Viewports
- UCS Modification.
- X-Ref
- Export files to SketchUp.

The classes are dynamic and according to the pace and learning preferences of each student. And they are illustrated with many examples of real drawings of various levels of complexity. I believe that my experience in the market of architecture and set design is a differential for the teaching of Autocad.
