Kia ora! I’m Vishal Sengupta, a university teaching assistant and global business professional with over 18 years of experience across education, marketing, customer service, and stakeholder engagement and 5 continents. I am currently teaching Marketing and International Business at AUT, and I specialize in helping students connect theory with real-world impact. I’ve mentored over 900 learners, many of whom are first-generation students or new migrants, supporting them through assignments, presentations, career planning, and job interviews. I hold a Master of Business Management (Distinction) from AUT and currently teach within AUT’s Marketing and International Business department. With 18+ years of global experience across education, banking, and events, I bring both academic depth and industry insight to my sessions.
