I am a professional dancer and have taught for many years. I feel passionate about how dance can be a useful tool for communication and connecting to emotions. I have written research papers about how creative dance is a great way to get children to connect with their bodies and minds. Dance has always been a joy in my life and I love passing that joy on.

I start every lesson with a warm up to get the body moving and depending on the style we do exercises. My goal is to create a safe learning environment and expand creativity! I have experience with all ages and levels so whatever is needed I can create a lesson plan that fits!
