About Alan

As an Engineering Science and Mechanics graduate student I taught introductory Physics classes at the University of TN in Knoxville. This experience allows me to provide instruction for most entry level physics courses. Many of the students found the practical real life demonstrations to be very helpful.

I base my classes on real life examples of Physics without making the math too difficult to appreciate the concepts. It appears that many people are reluctant to take physics classes because of the perceived difficulty. I would like to minimize that fear and hope to make learning Physics enjoyable.
