About Cheré

I am an athlete who used to coach sprints across all age groups from Mondays to Saturdays (for those who are hardworking). My training obviously needed more focus so I couldn't coach anymore. I want to help where I can, and I feel this is the perfect platform to do so.

About the lesson

My teaching method is visual. I believe this is the best teaching method for coaching sprinting online as the athlete will grasp techniques better once it is seen. I will start of explaining, creating a visual image in your head so that you can process the technique in your head first and then only show you how it's supposed to be done. With that being done, you'll be able to perfect the technique better and improve your sprinting.
