About Brandie
"You likely started writing songs because you felt a need to express something specific. After 10 years of working in music production and songwriting, I understand that the bridge between a raw idea and a finished piece is often harder to cross than people expect.
I earned my BA Music Production at the Academy of Contemporary Music to sharpen the technical side of my craft. Since then, I have taught 313 students who wanted to turn their sketches into polished songs.
My process integrates melody writing and storytelling while keeping genre conventions in mind. I help you navigate rhyme schemes and metre so your lyrics hit home every time.
I have refined these methods over a decade to ensure you spend less time guessing and more time writing. You will find that I emphasise the importance of dynamics and structure in every session. Whether you are a career switcher or a beginner, I provide the tools to build your identity as a songwriter.
My approach centres on a real session-style workflow that mimics how the industry actually operates. I am committed to a process that remains kind and focused on the work itself."

"Does your writing process feel cluttered or inconsistent? I utilise my 10 years of experience to bring the structure of a real studio session into your home. This is where we examine your songs for dynamics and storytelling strength. You will learn how to write to a brief while refining your knowledge of melody and rhythm.
I bring my academic training to help you navigate the nuances of pop, folk, country, and R&B conventions. It is critical to build a foundation that supports your growth as an independent artist.
