About Nikita
I am a certified yoga instructor by Education Board of Vocational Training and Research- Government of Maharashtra and International Organisation for Standardization (ISO 9001:2015). I have been practicing yoga for 5 years under Patanjali Yoga center in Borivali. I have completed 200hrs of Fundamental Yoga Therapy teacher training course from a well-recognized AVIYOG groups. I am qualified to perform therapy to heal different health issues with help of Ashtanga Yoga, Traditional Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Power Yoga, Patanjali Yoga.

As a Yoga instructor I aim at conducting sessions while providing appropriate knowledge about each person's specific health condition and yoga asanas. I take classes with individualized yoga poses with precise body alignments, correct yoga terminologies and safe guidelines which helps in easy flow of learning and understanding.
