About Yasmine
"Possessing an Artist Diploma in Vocal Studies from the Australian National Academy of Music allows me to approach string pedagogy with a musician's ear. I recall playing violin as a child, a foundation that informs the 202 students I have successfully guided over time.
My teaching focuses on shifting positions and tuning by ear to ensure melodic clarity. I incorporate left hand agility and rhythm and timing into every session to build a stable technical base. Vibrato development and music theory remain constant pillars of my instruction to ensure sight reading and classical repertoire study remains grounded."
