Artist Designer Grad offering a spectrum of empowering lessons on Nutrition and English

After graduating from Cardiff Metropolitan University I noticed my health had deteriorated, I wasn’t sleeping, I gained weight and my skin needed saving. I met Brian through friends. I learned so much from my time with Brian. We discussed a wide range of calisthenic and nutritional ideas, his insight really identified the what and how.
