About Jaen-marie

My name is Jean Marie Knox, I am an ambitious person who eats, breathes and sleeps ART.. the different types of art I do is all my own Techniques and styles which I have Taught myself over the years, apart from Ceramics art that I studied for 4 year at the Hugo naude art school in South-Africa. I do abstract painting, Variety of techniques and mediums. I also do creative art.

I’m currently studying counselling and psychology which I believe can be done through the form of art. ART is an excellent way to help you overcome curtain mental challenges in life and can help you to express yourself or to deal with trauma. Art is a really good therapy for people who struggles with anxiety, depression, addictions but also just to be able to connect with your inner emotions and feelings. Art is something everyone can do, all you need is a guiding hand to introduce you to the different forms of art and some inspiration.

About the lesson

I offer a wide variety of different types of art that I specialise in.I teach how to make your own mediums and how to put your ideas down into something physical.I use the form of art for therapy to reconnect with yourself and overcome obstacles in your life as well as trauma that you might have been through. I believe that art is one of those things that gets you inspired by someone else’s passion for it. Every session is confidential.Not only do I love art but I also enjoy ehelping others To make their ideas reality And to be able to connect with a creative side.
