Making art is a simple and easy way for you to understand and deal with your stress. In the creative process, you will begin to begin to identify the many different kinds of stress, and its various causes. Moreover, in interacting with other individuals, you will learn to become more aware your own thoughts and behaviors.
Artistic talent or technique is not required. Just bring yourself, your creativity, and have fun with me.
