About Sofia
I'm an art student living in London. Currently, I teach younger students AP art history and tutor IB art students.
I self taught the AP art history curriculum and got full score, carried out my own research and presented it at the National Gallery- I hope to be able to help and pass on my knowledge to students and make art history education more accessible. I believe that there's not enough being done in schools to promote this field of study and young people miss out as a result of this.
Being able to see students grow, learn and become more confident in their work is my ultimate goal. I want to be able to inspire genuine curiosity and see that despite the close-minded way art history is currently taught, students have hope for exploring art on their own terms, finding their own interests.
