About Jeanne
Sitting at the piano for the first time is a moment of discovery that I help 99 students navigate every week. My 4 years of teaching full time have kept me busy refining my methods for teaching pedalling technique, rhythm and timing, scales and arpeggios, posture and hand position, chord voicing, music theory, classical repertoire, dynamics and expression, and jazz improvisation.
I spent years on stage and in the studio, so I know exactly how to guide you towards a better sound. I am quite direct, though I maintain a calm and encouraging demeanour for all my learners. You deserve an instructor who values technical precision as much as musicality.

Steady pacing ensures you never feel overwhelmed by the music while we work through your repertoire together. Rhythm is everything. I offer a free trial lesson to map out goals so we can track your 10.0 out of 10 potential from day one. My background allows me to adjust my approach based on the specific needs of the 99 students I have guided.
You will find that our sessions are practical and focused on the sounds you want to create. Future sessions will lead us exactly where you want to go musically.
