About Evette
Spending 5 years in the studio has given me a deep perspective on how to craft a song from a single idea. I graduated from the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music where I refined my understanding of melodic phrasing and the architecture of a great chorus.
My work focuses on helping home studio owners and singer-songwriters find their unique voice within a crowded landscape. I support career switchers and complete beginners as they navigate the complexities of meter and rhyme schemes.
Co-writing and collaboration are essential tools that I introduce to my students early in the process. We will explore how to build tension and release through dynamic changes while writing over chords.
I appreciate the moment an idea becomes a finished, shareable piece of music. My goal is to see you produce work that you are genuinely proud of. I make sure that every session feels like a genuine step forward in your artistic journey. You will reach your goals with hard work.

Writing a song is a series of small, intentional choices. I have taught 95 students who wanted to sharpen their hooks and top lines. We begin by looking at your current drafts to see where the structure needs more breathing room. It is a quiet and focused environment where we prioritize your creative vision over rigid rules.
Home studio owners often bring me sketches that lack a clear narrative arc or emotional payoff. I guide you through the process of refining rhyme schemes to match your melodic phrasing.
We keep the momentum high by focusing on what makes your specific song stand out. Complete beginners receive the same level of care as seasoned writers looking for a fresh perspective. We build your confidence by finishing songs one step at a time.
