About Francesca

In 2020, my anxiety reached such a fever-pitch that I couldn't function, complete my work duties, or sleep. As a people-pleasing-perfectionist who had constructed their identity and self-worth around their corporate career, this was very uncomfortable territory!

No prizes for guessing what happened next - I deep-dove into all things mental health. Pretty soon I found that talk therapy, CBT and SSRIs just didn't cut it for me. I tried just about everything, and hypnotherapy and NLP were the first interventions that offered both relief and a path forward.

With this work came the clarity that my corporate life was unsustainable, so I turned instead to learning the tools that helped me, so that I could help others.

With a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy, I also weave NLP, tapping, somatic experiencing and other evidence-based modalities throughout my work.

I am grateful for my complete upheaval in 2020 because it led directly to where I am now. Talking to you, telling you how great hypnotherapy is - and to be curious and hopeful, always!

About the lesson

Perhaps you've done traditional 'talk therapy' before and are curious about what it means to work with the subconscious mind or your nervous system. Dip your toes in, and walk away with practical strategies you can implement right away. I work 1:1 with adult clients, most of whom have never experienced this type of work before.

My clinical practice has shown me that those deeper shifts we all long for come when we attend to the conscious mind, the subconscious mind AND the body. Because we are not a Toyota with a busted carburetor! Who we are, our experiences, our emotional patterning, learned responses. likes, dislikes and survival strategies thread through us like a tapestry. Reweaving can only be done with curiosity and compassion.

Sessions are generally 60 minutes, with ~25 minutes of the session spent in hypnosis.
