About Kira
My passion for architecture began with curiosity about how spaces influence experience and behaviour. I pursued a B.Arch in Architectural Design, where I developed strong foundations in conceptual thinking and visual communication. Over 9 years of teaching, I have supported students in developing confidence and clarity in their creative process.
I approach teaching with encouragement and structure. I believe creativity grows best in a supportive environment where learners feel safe exploring ideas. My guidance helps students overcome hesitation and trust their design instincts.
Outside teaching, I stay connected to architecture through sketching, reading, and design exploration. Teaching architecture is fulfilling because I witness students discover their creative strength. Supporting their growth is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Architecture lessons are designed to help learners understand how ideas evolve into spatial solutions. I focus on design fundamentals such as form, proportion, circulation, and spatial hierarchy, helping students develop a clear design mindset. Each lesson encourages observation, sketching, and thoughtful analysis of spaces to build visual awareness and conceptual clarity. Students are guided to express creativity with intention and structure.
As learners progress, lessons include site analysis, conceptual diagrams, basic drafting logic, and presentation methods. Students practise refining ideas through iteration, learning how to evaluate and improve their own work. I emphasise balancing creativity with discipline, ensuring designs are expressive yet grounded in logic and usability. Constructive feedback supports steady improvement.
Architecture lessons also nurture confidence and patience. Many learners become more observant and expressive as they gain clarity in their design thinking. My goal is to help students develop a strong creative voice while building the skills needed for long-term growth in design.
