About Yara
My passion for Architecture began when I realized how thoughtfully shaped spaces can influence emotion, creativity, and everyday comfort. This curiosity led me to pursue a Bachelor of Architecture, where I developed a strong foundation in design principles, drawing, model-making, structural basics, and environmental approaches. Over my 6 years of teaching, I have guided students through the exciting process of understanding how ideas evolve into meaningful, functional spaces. I teach with patience, structure, and a warm sense of encouragement, ensuring learners feel comfortable exploring their thoughts without fear of mistakes. I break complex ideas into clear, manageable steps and help students develop the ability to think deeply about proportions, movement, function, and visual harmony. My approach is supportive and human-centered, focusing on helping students grow confidently at their own pace. Beyond teaching, I stay actively engaged with architectural literature, design trends, modeling techniques, and visual communication tools so I can bring updated perspectives into each lesson. Watching students discover their capabilities, refine their creativity, and communicate their ideas with increasing clarity is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I am dedicated to helping each learner feel inspired, confident, and valued in their architectural journey.

Architecture becomes inspiring when students learn to see design not simply as drawing buildings but as a thoughtful blending of creativity, human experience, and structural purpose. In my lessons, I guide learners through foundational drawing, spatial reasoning, conceptual development, layout planning, material understanding, and basic structural logic. Each topic is introduced through simple explanations, visual examples, and clear step-by-step guidance so that learners feel supported at every stage. This gradual, caring approach helps them find their creative voice while also developing the discipline needed for strong architectural thinking.
Beginners start with line work, simple projections, basic perspectives, form studies, and understanding how spaces relate to movement and use. Intermediate learners explore conceptual diagrams, plan-section-elevation relationships, façade logic, circulation flow, and introductory model-making. Advanced students work on design refinement, presentation clarity, portfolio preparation, critique handling, and structured visual articulation. I ensure every learner progresses at a steady, comfortable pace, with encouragement that keeps them motivated and confident.
Architecture lessons aim to help students develop both imaginative thinking and clear reasoning. Many discover a deeper sense of expression and problem-solving ability as they begin to understand how design choices influence experience, comfort, and function. My goal is to help students feel empowered, creative, and supported throughout their journey.
