About Shivansh

My passion for architecture originated from a fascination with how spaces influence behavior, creativity, and social interaction. This inspired me to pursue a B.Arch in Architectural Innovation, where I gained knowledge in design thinking, structural planning, sustainable practices, and conceptual development. Over 10 years of teaching, I have helped students of diverse backgrounds and ages translate abstract ideas into meaningful, functional designs, while developing their confidence and creative independence. My approach emphasizes interactive learning, clarity, and iterative problem-solving, ensuring students actively engage with material and cultivate both technical proficiency and imaginative thinking.

I adapt lessons to meet the learner’s unique strengths, interests, and skill level. Beginners receive structured guidance on drawing, proportion, and basic composition. Intermediate learners explore site planning, material selection, sustainable design, and digital modeling. Advanced learners are challenged with project development, portfolio creation, presentation techniques, and professional critique. I provide continuous feedback, encourage experimentation, and maintain a supportive environment that balances technical rigor with creative exploration, allowing learners to develop both competence and artistic vision.

Beyond teaching, I stay actively involved in architecture through research in sustainable urban planning, participation in design workshops, and engagement with innovative technologies such as BIM and parametric design. This enables me to incorporate real-world insights into lessons, giving students a contemporary, practical perspective. Teaching architecture is deeply rewarding because I witness learners grow from tentative beginners to confident designers capable of thoughtful, creative work.
