About Sanjana
My interest in architecture started with a deep appreciation for how spaces influence human experiences and emotions. This passion led me to pursue a Master’s in Architecture, where I developed strong skills in design and spatial planning. Over the past 12 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds, helping them build both creative and technical abilities. My experience has helped me support learners effectively at every level.
I believe that architecture learning should be both creative and structured. My teaching style focuses on guiding students step by step while encouraging them to explore their own ideas. I use sketches, examples, and discussions to make lessons engaging and meaningful. I also provide continuous feedback to help students refine their work and improve their skills with confidence.
Outside teaching, I enjoy sketching, studying modern design trends, and exploring new ideas in architecture. This helps me bring fresh perspectives into my lessons. Teaching architecture is very fulfilling to me because I get to see students grow creatively and gain confidence. Helping them express their ideas clearly and develop strong design thinking is something I truly value and enjoy every day.

Architecture becomes inspiring when students understand how creative ideas can be transformed into functional and meaningful spaces. In my lessons, I focus on teaching design principles, sketching, and spatial understanding in a simple and structured way. I guide students step by step so they can express their ideas clearly through drawings and concepts. I use visual examples and real-world references to make lessons more engaging and easier to understand. Each session encourages creativity while also building strong technical understanding in a calm and supportive environment.
As students improve, lessons become more focused on practical skills and detailed design work. Beginners start with basic drawing, shapes, and simple compositions. Intermediate learners work on perspective, layouts, and understanding materials. Advanced learners focus on project development, presentation skills, and portfolio preparation. I provide regular feedback and structured tasks to help students improve steadily. This balanced approach helps them develop both creativity and technical skills.
Architecture also helps students develop observation, imagination, and structured thinking. As they progress, they begin to notice design elements in their surroundings and think more creatively. They learn to balance creativity with functionality and express ideas confidently. My goal is to help students build strong design skills and confidence in their creative abilities.
