About Javier
Spatial planning, site analysis, architectural drawing, building materials, design critique, presentation boards, portfolio development, architectural history, technical drafting, and AutoCAD form the backbone of my practice. These competencies define how I assist undergraduate architecture students, RIBA Part 2 candidates, and professionals integrating Revit or Grasshopper into their workflows.
I have spent 13 years refining these methods alongside my own academic progression from Cardiff University to MArch completion. I work as a near-peer, keeping the technical reality of current practice in mind. Let us collaborate soon.

Drawing upon 13 years of practical work, I guide you through the intricacies of site analysis and material selection. I prioritise precision in your documentation and clarity in your presentation boards.
My 8.0 rating reflects the consistent success of students who adopt these rigorous habits. You will gain a sharper edge in every project review.
