About Luke
I am an actor and musician born and bred in Melbourne. I have been singing solo and with theater companies for the last four years. Starting out in musical theater, I eventually was able to go on to tour with the Australian Shakespeare Company singing in Country Victoria. I recently completed wrapped a cabaret with the Melbourne Comedy Festival and Melbourne’s Butterfly Club. Nowadays, I sing for YouTube and sporadic gigs in inner city Melbourne.

Lessons are about what you most need to work on. They are guided by you so that you are working in the styles that you want to. We will work together to build your voice by what inspires you.
Along the way, I as your coach will help you address what may be holding you back from fully expressing yourself. In other words, we may focus 15 minutes on “placing” your voice in the right way for the best sound.
Another part of lessons is getting comfortable singing with accompaniment (me on the piano). Choose whatever songs you would like to sing and we can jam for the first / last 15.
Lessons also include introduction to warm ups / breath work. Once you know how to warm up you will arrive already warmed up to get the most out of the hour.
