About Rhys

I have a Masters in Behavioral Science from LSE, and over 10 years working in government and consulting, in both the UK and Australia, including working for the UK's Behavioral Insights Team. I was most recently the head of Victoria's Behavioral Insights Unit, so have extensive experience in both applied psychology/behavioral science, social research, and public policy and working in government. I have extensive experience running capability building sessions for students and public servants new to psychology and behavioral science, and was recently rated as one of the best presenters in the Victorian Government's online learning portal, the Innovation Network. I have guest lectured at multiple universities in Aus and the UK on topics such as applying behavioral insights to public policy, and conducting field trials and research in the public sector. About the lesson

I draw on my experience as a senior behavioral science practitioner with real world research experience to teach applied psychology or behavioral science for university level students. Just let me know your course or specific topic of interest, and I can tailor a lesson plan to help you master that content. Having led teams of behavioral scientists and social researchers from a range of backgrounds as well as conducting capability building sessions for thousands of public servants, I can effectively upskill people in both the theory and research practices they need across a number of courses. I offer both 1 hour tutoring sessions, as well as longer workshops for research projects and essays, as well as shorter review and advice sessions for specific work or research projects.
