About Benjamin
I've been a pastor for over 20 years experience. I've served in many different churches in many different capacities but my favorite ministry has been one of outreach in our local community. This has led to me to teach classes in our local jail, be the chaplain for our local police department, facilitate classes in our church, and work with men of all ages and backgrounds.
I've utilized and gleaned the best material to know how to help learn Biblical view of anger and anger management along with practical tools that help.

Anger is a God-given emotion, not a behavior. It is neither good or bad, though it excites good or bad behavior depending on our inner spiritual condition.
I take time to learn from Scripture about God’s holy anger. Then we’ll begin the difficult task of aligning our selfish anger and unrighteous behavior with God’s righteousness. This task requires each of us to honestly evaluate our anger tendencies, to remove internal conditions that induce angry feelings, and to learn techniques to manage our anger in a God-honoring way.
If you mismanage anger, this course will guide you into better self-control.
