About Andrea
Literature and teaching are my passion. I did a 5-year bachelor's degree to become a language teacher. I speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English because I love languages. I worked for five years as a language teacher for young children.

My teaching method is student-centered. That means that the learning process goes through a didactic approach in which I expose the students to real communicative situations. Learning a new language requires that our brains make connections with known situations or circumstances. For this reason, role plays, games, fictional situations, and so on are the key to mastering a new way to name the world and transmit your ideas. I worked as a Montessori teacher and learned the Montessori method of teaching grammar. I believe this is a very effective and dynamic method in combination with active learning.
