About Marie
I was a licensed practical nurse for nine years and have now been an RN for almost seven years. Most of my experience has been in the hospital setting, on many different medical surgical floors. With the bulk of my previous healthcare experience as an LPN, I spent most of that time learning from “old school” nurses while I developed memory tricks of my own. These would eventually help me during my RN program; and now as a teacher I am able to pass these along to my students!

I have been in the healthcare industry for over 17 years going from CNA to LPN to RN! I took my time between each degree and was able to master studying techniques that helped with my ADHD brain! I am currently a nursing instructor in both the classroom and clinical setting; and I absolutely LOVE what I do!
