I am an MPhil clinical trainee. Teaching helps me in evolving my knowledge and sharing my experiences with students. The sharing of knowledge gives me motivation to remain updated with the evolving curriculum and learn new things. It gives me a sense of satisfaction.

It is students who make me understand which method of teaching works for them. I like to adapt to students' approach. From my experience, there are students who want teachers to give a good intro for the topic and then they read the content in the class and according to that, the doubts are cleared. On the other hand, there are students who will come prepared for the chapter and would just want to clarify their doubts and would ask for some questions related to that chapter. So my method of teaching is according to students' comfort.
