The class will be provided with one-on-one learning for a better understanding of the technique, which will allow you to have a better and more detailed understanding of the exercises that are performed on a daily basis with a sufficient amount of sets and repetitions for optimum results, followed by adequate warm-up and cool-down techniques for injury prevention.
