About Ajay

My uncle was a professor and I have always wanted to be one myself. The values which we learn at the early stages of our lives are the same values which we pass on to our children and students.

I use different strategies and learning activities for my students. Resources are provided by the Universities. I also prepare my own materials keeping the profile of my students in mind.

I have more than fifteen years of experience teaching accounting and finance from diploma level to the master level. I teach overseas and have travelled to many countries for my teaching assignments.

About the lesson

My teaching philosophy consists of a variety of beliefs about teaching, learning, teachers, students, and my discipline. These beliefs come from my own practical experience and reflection as a teacher and learner. Most important belief is ‘I care’.

I always plan my lesson objectives keeping the audience in mind. The profile and background of students are important and must be kept in mind while planning objectives.

I mentor students and attend to their diverse needs as and when required.

The most important value are the ways that how we interact with students that can establish the classroom as a place that nurtures investigation and experiment, hard work, and appreciation for the unique abilities of each learner.
