About Carla

As I am an interior design student I often find myself feeling overwhelmed with assignments and projects- a strategy I noticed works for me is interactive teaching. I love kid’s and improving on their knowledge. More about me- I’m a Christian but I always leave my own beliefs to myself and never force my own opinions onto my students. After I finish my degree in interior design I aim to delve into the real estate market, eventually after enough experience I want to do property flipping, purchasing broken down properties and re-designing them into beautiful buildings.

About the lesson

I not only want to do tutoring for that extra push through my studies but I also want to expand on my student’s knowledge. I consider patience to be the most important aspect of a successful tutoring lesson and an aspect I pride myself on being good at. I install confidence into my student’s and want them to become more comfortable in a subject they might be less knowledgeable about. If a student enjoy’s a lesson rather than dreading it- I consider half of the lesson to be succesful. I always say “believe you can, and you’re halfway there”. I grow with my students. I will be prepared for classes either with related excercises or mock-up tests. There might be a situation I’m not as knowledgeable about but I guarantee it will be solved- together.
