About Tushar

I am a practicing advocate and a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, with extensive experience across taxation, business law, criminal litigation, civil matters, and constitutional issues. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with top law firms such as Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys, as well as with respected senior advocates and special public prosecutors. These experiences have shaped my practical understanding of the law and strengthened my skills in drafting, research, and courtroom practice. I have also been recognized in national moot court competitions as Best Speaker and for Best Memorial, reflecting my commitment to clarity and excellence. As a teacher, I strive to be approachable, sincere, and student-centric—ensuring that every learner feels supported and confident. My goal is to make legal education accessible, practical, and meaningful for anyone eager to learn.

About the lesson

My classes focus on building a strong conceptual foundation while connecting every topic with its real-life legal application. I teach using a combination of simplified explanations, case law discussions, structured notes, and practical examples drawn from my experience in courts and top law firms.
