I am a psychology undergraduate student with a passion for intuitive eating, nutrition and exercise. Research has shown that healthy eating can aaaaa aaa a a a a a a a a a a a. I don't believe in fad diets, real and sustainable weightloss takes time as you adjust your behaviours and turn them into habits that will transform your body, confidence and your life. I like to approach weightloss from a psychological point of view (for example in habit formation, attitudes towards food etc) and to use this to help you form these habits that will let you see the real change you have been searching for.
