I am a qualified Physiotherapist based in the North-East of England. I graduated from Teesside University with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree. I have since developed my skills and competencies within the MSK environment.
I have worked in sport (rugby), private practices and mostly within the NHS. I work currently as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist and I am also a qualified injecting clinician.
From specific MSK support, to foundation skills such as effective communication and motivational interviewing; I am available to help you unlock your potential.
I aim to make the support provided fully tailored to your needs, and we can meet or chat for free prior to scheduling any sessions, to ensure I am the right tutor for you. Lessons will be online from 30-60 minutes depending on your preference.
