About Lois
"Graduating with a BA in Popular Music from the University of Westminster gave me the technical foundation for my 12 years in the studio. I remember sitting at a console for the first time realising that cables and signal flow are just tools to move sound. These days I spend my time recording and teaching production to anyone ready to work.
My approach stays hands-on because you learn gear by using it. I have worked with countless students ranging from bedroom producers to career switchers who needed a clear path.
Music production is a craft that requires constant attention to detail. It is never just about the software.
Making music you love is a process of refinement. We listen back to your tracks and fix the issues that hold your ideas hostage.
I keep things direct and gear aware for every session. You should expect an honest assessment of your current workflow. It is simply about getting things done."
