About Emil
I am a passionate piano tutor with over 10 years of experience teaching students from school, college, and working professional backgrounds. I enjoy helping students learn piano in a simple and comfortable way.
My teaching approach is based on communication, patience, and step-by-step learning. I understand each student’s level and goals, and then create a personalised plan. I focus on building strong basics like finger movement, rhythm, and note reading before moving to advanced skills.
Along with piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm practice. These help students understand music clearly and improve their playing. I also include song practice to keep lessons enjoyable.
My strength is making difficult concepts easy to understand. I help students build confidence, improve consistency, and develop good practice habits. I also guide them in managing their time effectively.
I create a positive and friendly learning environment. My goal is to help students enjoy piano and grow in their musical journey.

My teaching methodology focuses on confidence, flexibility, and artistic growth. I believe that piano learning should be a creative, motivating, and personalised experience that fosters technical skill and musical expression. Through active communication, I understand each student’s goals, strengths, and challenges, allowing me to create lessons that are engaging, effective, and tailored to their needs.
Creativity is encouraged in every lesson. Students are guided to improvise, compose, and explore various musical styles, building confidence, individuality, and expressive ability. Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, learning style, and skill level, making learning enjoyable and productive.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This holistic approach helps students develop technical mastery, expressive skills, and musical understanding. My aim is to create confident, expressive, and passionate musicians who enjoy learning and performing music for life.
