I am an honors graduate with a BS in Biology and MS in Ecological Design with over 20 years professional experience in research, conservation, public health, and ecology. I specialize in helping students excel in the study of biological sciences in theory and practice at the micro and macro levels.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in fostering curiosity and building confidence and mastery of subjects, tailoring sessions to each student's learning style and area of need. I ensure my students are competitive in the biological sciences, whether they are pre-med, interested in research, or undecided. My tutoring provides an advanced foundation. I also assist with identifying and applying for lab/field research summer internships and other special opportunities.
